everyday doesn't look exactly the same for me but this is the routine I've been using and it seems to be working .

wake up usually 5or 6 am

be freshed

study and concentrate 1 hour

after it take breakfast

first of all we should wake up at 5:00 am then we should take bath, brush and wear cloth after that do ur breakfast and do some of your homework of holiday until your lunch gets ready after lunch sleep or take rest half an hour or a hour after that do ur half of ur homework and go out to play then come to ur home and do some homework then do dinner and sleep at 10:00 pm or 9 pm.
