(1)don't trie to make a study in night which effect your health not only physically but also meatly because of changing a daily rutin. (2) don't do group study. (3)study only 3 to 4 hours per day. (4)think positive

Everyone having different style of study and they make their schedule according to their time .
So you can make your own schedule according to your daily activities and time
I just give you tips of study
learn first those subjects which are difficult for you
and don't learn topics which you already learn because they will feel bore so first learn those topics which you not learn.
study at least 5 hours except your school time
reviece daily lectures and drink water more and more because i will make your brain feel fresh and cool and be healthy
After study at least 1 hour take rest then relax urself but during break don't use cellphone etcbecause that will make your brain stressful .
