Dear Diary,

Today, I witnessed a severe accident in the middle of the market place. was upset to see pieces of metal and glass strewn about: a car had hit a motor cycle from the back.The car was being driven by a teenager who did not even have a licence.He had been driving the car rashly and rammed into a stationary bike.The driver of the bike had been hurt grievously and onlookers had rushed him to the hospital.The teenager had absconded from the scene.It is such a sad state of affairs that teenagers are given vehicles by their parents and they drive recklessly.They play with the lives of others and even make themselves unsafe due to dangerous driving.Such offenders must be punished severely.
