If God is with us and showers his blessings to us,then nobody can take it away as God is the most powerful person. If God decides to bless us for our deeds nobody can or will take the blessings away from us

The question to whether statement is true or false?
"The statement is what ever we get by the grace of god, cannot be snatch by anyone in this world."

So my answer is - if you have the grace you will get the god's gift, and until and unless you protects it, that will be with you only.
