Daksh buys a plot for ₹70,00,000. He sells 3/8 of plot at a loss of 6%. At what price he should sell the remaining plot so that he gains 8% on the money invested in the plot?​

Answer: 5092500

cost price of pot = 7000000

so 3/8 plot cost price is =7000000*3/8

=2625000

now loss of 6% means he sold plot for 2625000-6% (2625000)

=2467500

now he wants 8% profit on total cp of plot

his selling price should be=7000000+8%(7000000)

7560000

mony for getting 7560000 from remaining plot sale

=7560000-2467500

=5092500
