● Dalton's atomic theory -
- Each substance is made up of smallest unit called an atom.
- Atoms of same element are same while different fir different element.
- Chemical reaction occurs by combination, seperation or rearrangement of atoms.
- Atoms can neither be created nor be destroyed in chemical reaction.
- Total no of atoms in reactants & products are same.
