during the month of October, western cyclonic disturbance is formed it causes rainfall in North India and cyclones in the coast of orissa and andhra pradesh .due to this damages are in eastern coast of India

after October the modification of temperature of triggers cyclonic weather due to acute angles of depression on the ocean area due to this depression of Western coastline of India gets thunderstorm heavy rainfall etc.

the outcome of rainfall of 10 gets depend due to receding monsoon mostly genetic West Bengal Andhra Pradesh and coastal Orissa get troubled and damaged due to cyclonic weather and high tide
