Daniel then hits the car brakes hard to avoid a pregnant goat and a student sitting at the back of the minibus hits his head and begins to bleed. On their way back from the volleyball match, Daniel picks up a friend, Jude. While they were chatting and viewing a video on Jude’s phone, the bus skids off the road and crashes into a parked car. Jude injures his arm in the process, particularly because Daniel was speeding and was not concentrating. With the aid of relevant authorities, identify and discuss the issues in this case.
