Answer:

Photosynthesis takes place in two major steps, light reaction, and dark reaction.

Carbon-fixing during the dark reaction (light-independent process) takes place in the stroma of the chloroplast.

The light reactions of photosynthesis occur in the thylakoids of grana present in the chloroplast.

Answer:

The statement is wrong

Explanation:

Dark phase is a phase which doesn't require light but dark phase is a phase which is subsequent to the light phase. For light phase to take place light is required. Plants get light from sun during day time.So light phase take place only during day time.As dark phase depend on light phase, dark phase also do not take place during night.

Hope its clear.

Note:hydrogen formed during light phase in grana reach Stroma
