Answer:

HI BUDDY HERE IS UR ANSWER

PHOTOSYNTHESIS PROCESS

Photosynthesis is the process and ability by which green plants  harness energy from sunlight into chemical energy to manufacture their own food to sustain their growth requirements. There are two types of photosynthetic processes: oxygen-photosynthesis and non-oxygen photosynthesis. Oxygen based photosynthesis is the most common and it occurs in plants like algae.

Dark reaction of photosynthesis does not occur because at night there is insufficient supply of carbon dioxide, a plant cannot photosynthesize, even in the presence of light. Also, when it is too cold, the rate of photosynthesis will drop thus low rate of production in plants thus at night plants does experience dark reaction due to changes in the temperatures.

Answer:

no it's not like that , the dark reaction is performed when plants need to produce carbohydrate but there is no light , at that time dark reaction occurs. plants don't undergo dark reaction in night as they don't need and much carbohydrate ( here, we are talking about normal plants ) so the process of photosynthesis doesn't occur . but some plants do perform this . so it is true in the case of higher complex plants .
