'Survival of the Fittest' is a famous and well known theory of Darwin. It claims the survival of the fittest only at any times.
One thing to know that the only constant in this world is the change.
Everything is changing constantly. So this law continues to take its part in the human evolution. We are bound to make choices in our daily life. These choices come with some restrictions and consequences.
So in day to day life, we have to choose between things and usually we choose only the best. So when we talk about real life decisions in terms of job, marriage, friendship, we like to have the strongest and fittest people around us. This strong community is a part of our survival approach. It will support us in a bad time. We try to make ourselves the best and the fittest also to survive in competitive working environment also.
We make ourselves fit for a particular work by knowing more about it. We can have some training and do some practice to make ourselves perfect in that work. The only key to become the fittest in any work is to work hard and getting focused for that work.
The unfit will not survive whether in the jungle or in the modern world today. In the jungle they will get eaten up by the more fit predators, who get their strength and energy by eating such prey. In daily life, if we do not equip ourselves to be mentally and physically fit, we will be left behind, to wither and waste our life away.
We have to constantly train our body and mind to stay in shape. Keeping abreast of what is happening around us and gaining new knowledge relating to our body as well as the work that we do daily, helps us stay fit to meet the daily challenges of life.
