Family planning methods involves:-

(i) Contraceptive (ii) Surgical (iii) IUDs (iv) Oral contraceptive

Contraceptive methods are use of condoms, femidoms, diaphragm, cups etc.

Surgical involves complete blockage of reproductive tract which are vasectomy (male) and tubectomy(female)

IUDs are implanted into the body of female reproductive system like Copper IUDs , loops, lippies etc

Oral Contraceptives are taken orally and comes in the forms of pills and tablets like Saheli pill

Other methods also involves use of hormones and chemicals through injections as of progesterone-estrogen doses.
