Data available in an unorganized

form is called ' raw data' .


Example :

The marks obtained by 15 students

in a mathematics test out of 50

marks.

34 , 26 , 41 , 22 , 38 , 50 , 27 , 31

50 , 12 , 20 , 43 , 46 , 40 , 7.

This data in this form is called

raw data.
