A tuck shop is a small, food-selling retailer.[1]It is a term principally used in the UK, Ireland, Grenada, South Africa, Nigeria, New Zealand, Jamaica, Australia, Pakistan, India, and occasionally in other parts of the former British Empire.[2] In New South Wales and Queensland, the term is interchangeable with the word canteen.
