Sir,
Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper I would like to present my views on the open manholes in our locality.
I wish to draw the attention of the authorities about the frequent accidents that happen at our locality due to open manholes. These manholes go unnoticed by most of the people and pose a great threat to our lives. There is no barricades or blockade around the manholes. Small children are the worst sufferers as it is easy for them to fall through it. I kindly request the authorities to take some actions against this matter.
