 \frac{4x}{2}  +  \frac{3}{2}   - 2 =  \frac{5x}{2}  +  \frac{2}{5}  \\  \\   \frac{5x}{2}  -  \frac{4x}{2}  =  \frac{3}{2}  -  \frac{2}{1}  -  \frac{2}{5}  \\  \\  \frac{5x - 4x}{2}  =  \frac{15 - 20 - 4}{10}  \\  \\  \frac{x}{2}  =  \frac{ - 9}{10}  =  > x =  \frac{ - 18}{10}  =  \frac{ - 9}{5}
