Imagine we had two planets of the exact same mass in outer space with no other planets or stars close enough to have any effect. Planet A's gravity pulls on planet B with force F. Bhaskaracharya described gravity in the context of a geocentric model not a heliocentric one he does not seem to have concluded that the sun, moon, ect. also have gravity describing it as a property of earth.

he did not create any mathematical description of how gravity work

he made no predection based on his description of gravity

thus his "theory of gravity" is simply the proposal that gravity acts not just on object.
