What are milch animals..?
Milk-producing animals are known as “milch animals” e.g. cows, buffaloes, goats and camels. The milk from goats is nutritious and is sometimes preferred to cow milk. But the production of goat milk is much less than that of cows and buffaloes.
What are proteins made up of..?
The building blocks of proteins are amino acids, which are small organic molecules that consist of an alpha (central) carbon atom linked to an amino group, a carboxyl group, a hydrogen atom, and a variable component called a side chain (see below).
Which acid is used to test the presence of proteins..?

Add a few drops of concentrated sulfuric acid and shake the test tube. Heat the test tube gently on a Bunsen burner. If there is a formation of yellow precipitate, then the presence of protein is confirmed.
