Explanation:

There is a time difference of 1hour for every 15 degree of longitude. So if we divide 120 with 15 we get 8 hours .

So if it is 5.30pm at 120 west you have to add 8 hours as it will have time ahead of prime meridian. So at prime meridian it will 1.30 am
