There are 52 cards in a deck of playing cards (this is basic knowledge and  doesn't change in different cards question)

Since there are 13 hearts in a basic deck of cards we do= 13/52

Which when simplified is= 1/14

The probability of getting a heart is 1/14

Now to find the probability of getting 3 of spades, we know that there are only one 3 of spades so we get the answer pretty straightforwardly

Probability of getting 3 of spades = 1/52
