Dear Diary,

        Today I am so sad that i can not anything about my friends behaviour.

         i am fond of outdoor games i always love to play them. while playing them i do not know how the time flew by. but my friends they are always busy with playing games online or with social media, mobile phones, internet etc..they always sit with the technology whole time they are so addicted to the digital world. i want to tell them about the importance of physical and mental health but the won't listen to me they barely speak to me when i got the chance to tell them they won't listen to me. they says that playing with mobile phones is comfortable than playing outside. i don't know how to change them. i am trying hard made them relaize about physical and mental health. i will be more than happy if they listen tome.
