Anyway The answer is meat.

Paul's height and shoe size has actually no significance to the question. The point to be kept in mind is that he works for a butcher. A butcher is engaged in selling meat to his customers.

when the question says that he works for a butcher, it means that he will be dealing with meat. So. it is only likely that Paul weighs meat to give customers.
