1)The nightingale grew more sorrowful and pale because her voice was becoming harsh and uninspiring day by day. 2)the audience were tired of nightingale's song because of day to day practice her voice was not good as it was. 3)acc to me bounced means grew weaker and weaker than before. hope it helps you.............

the nightingale was sorrowful and pale because she had to undergoe the harsh training of the frog like practicing to sing in the rain etc. she was used by the frog .
