then, by using section formula=

[k*-7+1*4/k+1] ,[k*-1+1*6/k+1]

[-7k+4/k+1] ,[ -k +6/k+1]

then, on x axis y is 0

then,[ -k+6/k+1] =0

then, take k+1 on right side

= -k+6 = 0*k+1

= -k +6 = 0

then take 6 on right side

= -k = -6

then both negative sign are cancelled

= k = 6

then the ratio is k:1 = 6:1
