The farmers use DDT (dichloro diphenyl trichloro ethane) in the food plants which were grown in a large piece of ground and the man eat the same plant in large quantity , so the amount of DDT also increases  . 
for example : the quantity of DDT in each plant was found to be 4 grams , then a man eats 10 such kind of plants which contain DDT , so the quantity increases from 4 gram in plants to 40 gram in man .
therefore the minutely sprayed DDT was found in a great amount in man which is very harmful for the human body.
