De-Broglie wavelength is given by l=\frac{h}{mv} , where h is Planck's constant, m mass of the particle and v speed of the particle.

Now, here  m=0.001\;kg,v=100\;m/s .

The De-Broglie wavelength is

 <br />l=\frac{h}{mv} \\<br />l=\frac{6.63*10^{-34}}{0.001*100} \\<br />l=6.63*10^{-33}<br />

The De-Broglie wavelength is  6.63*10^{-33}\;m .
