Initial velocity,  u = at rest =  0

Final Velocity,  v =  10m/s

Time = 3 seconds

Formula for Accelaration =  \frac{v-u}{t}

Putting the values,

a= \frac{10-0}{3} \\ a = 3.33m/s^{2}

Accelaration of the body, =>  \bold{3.33m/s^{2}}\: \:\: or \:\:\: \bold{3.33ms^{-2}}
