It is true that India’s bureaucracy is corrupt to some extent . But on the other hand , if you see It is Bureaucracy only which is controlling all the work at all levels . Talk of District level or PM level or Foreign Relations . We very well know that the most effective and organised work is performed by the bureaucrats only.
And when talking of corruption, in every developing country , you will find Corrupt Bureaucrats .
