1.5x=7-4

ii) m+1+2m+5=0

3m+6=0

3m= 0-6

3m= -6

m= -6/3

m= -2

iii) 0.25x+1.5=7.5

0.25x= 7.5-1.5

0.25x=6.0

x= 6.0/2.5

=2.4

iv) x/2 =7/2

x=7/2*2

x=7

(or)

simply we can conclude x value with seeing the equation

v) 4y-8=10-3y

4y+3y = 10+8

7y = 18

y = 18/7
