Answer:
hy mates here is your answer xD.. :-------
we know that for a Quadratic equation
ax^2+bx+c=0, discriminant is b^2-4ac
(A) if b^2-4ac>0 --->two distinct real roots .
(B) if b^2-4ac=0---->two equal real roots .
(C) if b^2-4ac<0--->no real roots.
i. a=2, b=-3, c=5
b^2-4ac=(-3) ^2-4×2×5=-31
so, like this u can try by put the formula in question no.
1 they u can get the results ok mates.
2.i.2k^2+kx+3=0
a=2, b=k, c=3
b^2-4ac=(k) ^2-4×2×3=k^2-24
for equal roots ,
discriminant =0
k^2-24=0
k=-+√24=-+2√6
so, like this same process u can try ii no. also
hope u get your answer..
