Dear sir, we regret to inform that our management not accepting payment terms as a 10 days from the date of receipt of material. as per our company policy we required 100% against pro-forma invoice. we request to you kindly release the pdc cheque for 10 days against pfi. also we have not yet received po for service charges for rs. 3000/- kindly issue the po for service charges.
