dear teachers and sirs, what is cholestrol?and i hav a doubt which i have been carrying on since 6th standard.. if a person has hereditary cholstrol and so has to controll the intake of fatty food,then if he also has anemia so he has to eat such foods what shud we do??? thanks

cholesterol is a waxy , fat substance found surrounding the cells .
you see, hereditary cholesterol builds up in your veins and arteries as you age .
anemia is the deficiency of iron in your blood ,which sometimes causes high cholesterol . If intake of fats is less both of the can reduce . physical fitness and daily excercise is important for both the diseases.
