Everything which has a beginning also has an ending. Our earth too had a beginning billions of years ago, so its possible that after another billions of years the earth will eventually die. For some reasons death is also a benefit for nature as it retains and balances the food web and the food chain on which the earth depends on its existence. If we want to run away from our death, we are the greatest fools on earth as death is without any doubt inevitable which you cannot resist. If you don't meet any accident till your old age doesn't mean you'll not die. We all die either early due to some reason or at old age. So, we can say that death is an important part of our life and that death is always inevitable.
