(2) Most people live in urban areas where there is better infrastructure for health-related problems.

(3) There are fewer epidemics that happen nowadays compared to earlier.

(4) The spread of education has also helped people to be more aware of realising health needs.

(5) The late marriage of women has also contributed to it as there is lower death in women of an early age.
