let's consider the following example:
1. You as an individual is using internet, your smartphone, this app to ask a question about a topic you came across recently. Here I can easily concur that you are using the technology to benefit yourself. Similarly I as the person who's answering the stuff is in a way directly or indirectly going through a topic which I've heard before and giving my opinion towards it.
2. Now coming to the negative side:
Since the time I've been on this app, I've came through a lot of shitty (you know what I mean to say here but the app not let me say it directly!) queries that I just see and report. Here the person is wasting his time as well the resources he's in possession.
