hey there! here is your answer..
we all are learning from our childhood that the manners and discipline is our first priority.. without manners and discipline you are nothing for the people.. i thought that when i meet a person the first thing they will search in me is "manners" so i suggest that manners should be our first priority..
a mannered child or a person is loving to all.. because they know how to behave with kids, how to behave with their elders or with their friends or employees..
so manners and discipline is very important..

Good manners are a way of showing people respect. Good manners define a person's character. They are a part of our civilization and are never a waste of time.
A rich or a poor person who is well-mannered will be given respect in comparison to an ill mannered person. We have been taught to respect others since our childhood and we should abide by it. In this modern era, good manners may be termed as 'uncool' but one cannot deny e importance it holds in the society.
It is true that 'Manners makes a Man'. Good manners never cost anything but in return they pay us so much. Therefore, time spent practising good manners is never a waste of of time.
