So, we need not worry about that and i do not think there is any other problem that a sheep faces. Sheep is the only source of wool. Removal of the fleece or hair of the sheep along with a thin layer of the skin is called shearing. shearing is usually done with the help of mechanical shears and is usually done by hand.
