Answer:
Reservation of seats
Reservation of seatsAs we all know, there are some seats reserved for the deprived section of society in each and every sector- be it job or education. However, the question is should there be ‘reservation of seats’ for them in professional courses.
In my opinion, it is no. Professional courses like medical and engineering or law, all are merit based fields. These educational branches solely test a student’s skills and knowledge. For medical courses a person’s skill and his talent is the most essential thing required as lives of millions of people are involved here. So in these cases, everyone should be given equal opportunity and reservation should be prohibited. Also as the Indian Constitution suggests that everyone has the right to equality and all are equal before law, I think this should be done in professional courses also and reservation of seats should be removed.

Explanation:
THE POLICY OF RESERVATION OF SEATS FOR ADMISSION TO THE PROFESSIONAL COURSES IS GOOD FOR THE DEPRIVED SECTIONS OF SOCIETY.
The practice of reservations in admissions and even job applications has been the topic of discussion and even violence in some areas of the country. This has also led to many groups of people being separated and even racially discriminated, especially in colleges. This practice can easily demarcate students from different castes, which can also further add to the torture of the students.
Reservation policies will only lead to different levels of 'knowledge', with their levels of eligibility having a huge gap. This will lead to the 'general' category students using the basis of this reservation as a means to 'rag' or torture the lesser or lower categories. Thus, it is my opinion that this reservation practice is not suitable for admission considerations.
