The Governments of India do nothing to help families get out of slum conditions. These families have known nothing else and have become ignorant thanks to the government! Cities have so many people living there, what do you think they do with the rubbish?

Society in India seem to turn a blind eye to the disgusting state that these poor families live in. They do not know anything else. So much money is wasted and nothing is spent on proper schooling, social services. It is possible, the government just won't do it. apartheid or what?
