Answer:

Kashmir issue is one of those issues which have existed for quite a long time now. It is a struggle of the Kashmiri people who have been sandwiched for decades due to the rivalry of two countries and how their patrician left them in such a helpless position.

Some people still claim that Kashmir can be handled via mutual dialogues but in the year 2019 certain incidents have taken place which indicate otherwise. The Pulwama attack leading to a heated situation among the nations, the introduction of Kishan Ganga Dam by India to stop waterworks of Pakistan and lastly the breach of Simla Agreement. All of these indicate that the two states won't be sitting down for a mutual dialogue. One arbitrator must intervene for the betterment, the UN should play a role atleast because Kashmir and Kashmiri's are suffering everyday.

After the breach of Simla Agreement, it seems like India wants to start a fight. Even after the return of Abhinandan they did this act, which should seem suspicious to the members of UN.
