Yes, I think they should Be given mobile phones due to many reasons. Mainly, Technology is improving day by day and the children should stay updated with it, As they are the future of the generation, And they should have a hang of it as well as it's information and how to deal with it's UI so that they can create easier ones. Social Media on mobile are a huge platform for people to show there talent and hobbies and to make them feel as a part of the world. And about all the peeps screamin bout the harmful radiations, It is scientifically proven that if we even spend half of the time we spent on mobile phones in nature or the open, Even *HALF* the time, Will help in wearing of f of the harmful radiation. About the addiction, It is upon the parents to keep the children's use under control. The problem isn't in the mobile phones, It is in how peeps deal with it. Phones help in security as well.

The cell phones are mainly used for the communication of people.but,it's also contains some adult only things and games,so the private phones would attract him/her to it ,focus and studies etc.
