Debate on cleanliness is the responsibility of government only in hindi

Cleanliness is important we say for our survival . So as the issues like cleanliness , saving electricity comes to our mind then our mindset states that if we giving few bucks to our government and then it so much fine to throw garbage , wasting paper and electricity but the thing is few thousand bucks can't restore our resources , set up new forest resources and the list goes on . It is definitely
not a concern of goverment to save our environment because we have to live in our planet and surrounding and we are the one to protect our surrounding. It is so true nothing in the world comes quite free . And if suppose we take it as concern of government then also few thousand people can control billions . So lets take a pledge this day to save our future for oir own good.
