Explanation:
I will definately support paper books. Why you ask? Well it's pretty simple since paper books are more reliable than ebooks. Though I know e-books are today's world need and they can be more easier to use but I will like to state their disadvantages:
- Online frauds:
- Now we all know about the rising cases of online Frauds. Hackers can easily access in your bank account or worse they can steal your personal life information through just an link. (through which we read books). But well it's not the cases on the other hand with paper books! they are very safe to use. you can keep them with you however time you want and your accounts will be safe too!
- Health:
- This is a pretty weak disadvantage, because you can always get a new copy. Besides, you can also lose paper books. eBooks are harder to read in sunlight. The glare of the sun makes a screen hard to read. And after all Digital books are not the best for late-night test prep. Electronic readers suppress the brain's production of melatonin and make it harder to fall asleep. eBooks require higher cognitive effort and it hurts the eyes, so paper books are healthiest for nighttime reading (or studying).
- distracting:
- Plenty of classes read aloud from the book together, but one student using a device could be secretly be on social media without the teacher knowing. Students are one click away on digital readers from doing anything else besides reading. You can’t see text messages on a printed page. Research also shows that readers are more likely to skim pages on an e-book than read it verbatim.
