An organization itself should act as a role model to its employees by acting and coming up with sober decisions in order to guide the members of this organizations to the right direction. An organization should follow the right procedures while carrying its activities like for example during recruitment the organization should appoint someone who is best suit for the position rather than being discriminative while choosing for the person this will guide the employees to the right direction
