Debate on government should ban coaching and tutorial classes or not. please help me about this.

1.The student who are poor can't get tution and not able to get high marks
2.Majority of student get problem to understand because everyone have their own style or trick to teach

full stop its mind setup by which a candidate can get high marks not coaching can give you high marks

no need to ban coaching it comprises huge employment in coaching centre and there is no further law for banning a coaching institutions
