Grading system is much better than marking system.In marking system students run behind each and every mark and in this race they forget learning and they aim at only scoring.Grading system doesn't dissappoint students much.

I agree with this statement that grading is better than marking in the examination. If we do grading in the examination then students won't do argument with that 'whose percentage is better'. But if we do marking in the examination then students knowledge will be deteriorated because of the competition for the first position in the examination they will be diverted from the aim of gaining knowledge. Nothing you can gain if you go for the marks, percentage and position. So do grading instead of marking.
