debate on junk food is good

As we all know junk food is never beneficial for us but the new generation is just dependent on junk food .l personally think it is no good but ,It is just mind blowing and very tasty .We just know how to cook junk food like maggi which is banned know. It is very delicious but very bad destroyer.So minimize the use of junk food but don't stop eating
