 There is a constant debate about man and his luggage that is, responsibility.

It is to be noted as per the contents of the saying that the worst problem that a man might face in his life is his lack of responsibility.

If a luggage is a man’s responsibility, it should also be the responsibility of the train or the airlines by which he is travelling.
