The Right to Education (RTE) Act stipulates that private schools reserve 25 per cent of seats at the entry level for children belonging to ‘disadvantaged groups’ and ‘weaker sections’.
if a child belongs to disadvantaged group ,with scheduled caste or tribe ,socially and educationally backward class or such other group facing disadvantage owing to social, cultural, economic, geographical, gender or other similar factors.lack of awarness

the act reserves education and fundamental rights for every children from 6-14 , There is also a provision for special training of school drop-outs to bring them up to par with students of the same age.A number of other provisions regarding improvement of school infrastructure, teacher-student ratio and faculty are made in the Act. by these advantages of acts leads India step forward.
