Silence is better than false speech

A :   I think silence is the best philosophy, rather than making false speech. 
B  :  I don't fully agree with you.  If everyone is silent, then nothing
       moves in the world.
A :  It is better to remain silent and watch better experts to speak rather
       than making false statements.
B :  Well, you say so.  But unless I say something, how do I know it is
       false or correct?  
A:  Well, normally your inner conscious tells whether you are right or not.
B:  I agree that I may not know everything. What is more important than
      being right is, to speak one's ideas freely.  Then if I am wrong, I will
      learn to think better next time.  
      If I never speak up at all, then I don't learn to speak in public or  in a
     group.  Everyone has someplace and time to start. We make mistakes
     and then improve later on.

A:  Okay. I agree with you in such a case. But still I will say that we
     need to evaluate carefully before we speak.  If we speak wrong, then
     others rate us low.  Others will treat us badly or with no respect.
B:  Fine, that will be one time at most.  Anyway, free thinking and talking 
      is important to let the heart and brain move with a tempo.  I cannot 
      constrain them.
A: In today's world we need to be a little more composed and give
    respect to others views. If there is something that we can supplement
    then we can do so, by adding to what others said.
B :  I don't want to make false speeches.  Rather I try to propose
    some idea with a chance that it will be accepted by others.  Or, I say 
    what I believe to be right.
    If that turns out wrong, then I will apologize later on in a dignified way.
    That is alright.
A:  But you see it is not good to make false promises.  In such cases it is better 
     to promise or say nothing.
B:  If one does not do promises, then one may not be able to proceed/ progress
      in any direction. So probably one does so.
A:  But you see that could bring some problems in future.
B:  Well, there will be some ways to handle them in future.
A:  Okay, I stick to my philosophy.
B:  Okay I too stick to my philosophy.

A:  Glad to have had this debate. That was nice.
B:   Me too thinks so. nice.
